Grand River Solutions Expands Training Membership Offering with New On-Demand eTraining Library for Civil Rights and Clery Act Professionals
Grand River Solutions, a national leader in Title IX, equity, and civil rights compliance services, has announced the launch of a new suite of eTraining courses as part of its comprehensive Training Membership program. The new on-demand, asynchronous learning platform expands the company’s already extensive portfolio of live, instructor-led trainings, affordably offering institutions greater flexibility and scalability in meeting their compliance and professional development goals.
To celebrate the launch, Grand River Solutions is offering its annual Training Membership at a discounted rate of $4,600 per campus through August 1, 2026. That is $300 off the standard $4,900 membership price.
The expanded Training Membership now combines the benefits of both scheduled instructor-led trainings facilitated by experienced practitioners and newly released asynchronous eTraining modules that participants can complete anytime and anywhere. The growing catalog, produced and delivered by their top team of facilitators, covers critical compliance and conduct areas including Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, ADA/504, and the Clery Act.
“For years, institutions have relied on our live trainings because they are practical, engaging, and led by professionals who understand the realities of this work,” said Cherie Scricca, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Grand River Solutions. “By adding on-demand eTraining, we are giving campuses another way to build institutional knowledge, onboard new employees faster, and ensure that training remains accessible even when schedules and staffing demands make live attendance difficult.”
Developed specifically for educational institutions, the new eTraining content reflects the same practitioner-informed approach that has defined Grand River Solutions’ training programs for years. Participants receive instruction that uses realistic scenarios, covering current regulations and evolving best practices from professionals actively working in the field.
“Compliance work does not happen on a convenient schedule,” said Jody Shipper, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Grand River Solutions. “Our clients told us they needed greater flexibility without sacrificing quality. These new on-demand courses allow institutions to train staff members when it works best for them, while still providing the depth, consistency, and expertise they expect from Grand River Solutions.”
The Training Membership was designed to help campuses create sustainable, long-term professional development strategies while reducing the administrative and financial burden of coordinating individual trainings across departments. Institutions receive access to a broad library of educational programming intended for Title VI and Title IX Coordinators, investigators, hearing officers, student affairs professionals, human resources personnel, ADA/504 coordinators, campus safety officials, and other administrators responsible for equity and compliance work.
In addition to the new asynchronous offerings, members continue to receive access to the robust calendar of scheduled instructor-led sessions featuring nationally recognized on-staff practitioners. These live trainings provide opportunities for collaborative discussion, scenario-based learning, and direct engagement with subject matter experts.
Key features of the expanded Training Membership include:
Comprehensive Training Library: Access a growing catalog of live and on-demand trainings covering Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, Clery, ADA/504, and related compliance topics.
Flexible Learning Options: Combine scheduled instructor-led sessions with asynchronous eTraining modules that can be completed according to each participant’s schedule and pace.
Institution-Wide Access: Provide professional development opportunities across departments and employee roles under a single campus membership.
Practical, Practitioner-Led Content: Developed and delivered by experienced professionals actively working in higher education and PK-12 compliance, equity, and conduct matters.
Support for Onboarding and Continuity: Equip new employees with immediate access to foundational training materials while helping experienced staff stay current on evolving regulations and best practices.
Scalable Professional Development: Train individuals or entire teams efficiently while reducing the cost and complexity of managing separate training registrations.
“We are excited to continue evolving our Training Membership to meet the changing needs of educational institutions,” said Elizabeth Brady, Manager of Training Solutions. “Whether a campus needs foundational onboarding, advanced topic-specific instruction, or ongoing annual training compliance, this expanded model gives institutions the flexibility to build a stronger and more informed community.”
