Investigations, Hearings and Appeals

Our Investigations, Hearings and Appeals Team are all highly experienced in resolutions of civil rights and discrimination cases. In addition to facilitating alternative resolutions, they are also available to work as investigators, decision-makers, hearing officers, advisors, chairs, panel members, or appellate officers. On site or virtually, we are here for you.

Our practitioners have extensive experience running alternative resolutions for cases of harassment, discrimination, as well as dating and domestic violence, stalking, and interpersonal violence. We have a deep understanding of the inner workings of PK-12 schools, districts, and higher education institutions as well as the mediation needs of businesses, medical institutions, government, and non-profits.
