Policy & Procedures

Harassment | Discrimination | Conduct | Clery

We will work with your team to review and assess your institution’s sexual misconduct, anti-discrimination, Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, ADA/504, Clery Act, and employee or student conduct policies and procedures. If you are looking to revise, reconstruct, or just double check for compliance and best practices, we have you covered.

Our approach blends legal expertise and extensive experience to help organizations reduce risk, strengthen policy language, and align procedures with best practices. Through policy review, strategic guidance, and implementation support, we help employers conform to current regulations while supporting a workplace grounded in fairness, accountability, and trust.

We offer single, annual, or monthly reviews.

Strengthening reporting channels and intake processes to ensure timely, appropriate response and resolution

4

Developing clear case protocols, including documentation standards and record-keeping practices

5

Clarifying decision-making authority, escalation pathways, and corrective action processes

6

Providing guidance and tools to help managers, directors, and HR staff respond appropriately when incidents arise

7

Understanding age-appropriate and community-sensitive approaches and confirm cultural patterns align with compliance expectations

8

Address trends and progress, and respond to timely or emergent concerns
