Equity Professionals

Our experienced practitioners provide mentoring and coaching for new and seasoned employees working in Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, ADA | 504 and Clery Act | Stop Campus Hazing Act and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. We assist with skill development and expanding job knowledge for those who want to be more effective and efficient practitioners.

Executive Leadership

We consult with executive leadership to better understand the roles and responsibilities of the team and to clarify job distinctions, improve collaborative processes, and manage day-to-day performance across HR, equity, student conduct, and Clery offices.

We work with executives who want to strengthen their equity responses, promote equal access, address harm, and manage their compliance obligations for their organization.

Employee Relations & Student Conduct Managers

We assist institutions with intervention and corrective action needs by offering resolution strategies for complex employee and student discrimination or harassment concerns, including one-on-one remediation and support.

Clery Act Personnel

We consult with personnel responsible for Clery Act compliance on all Clery-related needs from Annual Security Report production to institutional strategies for community safety and incident response.

Information Technology and Instructional Design

We consult with personnel responsible for digital accessibility compliance under ADA | 504 | Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and state regulations to assist with institutional strategies for providing equal access to persons with disabilities.
