Title IX & Equity

Policy and Process
We work with you to review your policies and procedures relative to state, federal law, and tribal law to minimize conflicts between college policies and procedures and to promote general best practices. After identifying any gaps, we develop a detailed list of recommendations for implementation that is specifically designed for each campus or workplace.

Resolutions
Our experienced professionals are available to serve as facilitators of informal or alternative resolutions, investigators, decision-makers, hearing officers, chairs, panel members, or appellate officers.

Outsourced Roles & Support
You can delegate all your Title IX & Equity needs on an interim or ongoing basis. We work with schools that need long-term support, as well as those who are experiencing short-term gaps in staff.

We provide a broad range of Title IX & Equity consulting services to support schools in achieving their compliance and campus-wide goals. We work with the President, the Title IX Coordinator and staff to address and resolve harassment and discrimination issues or meet complex compliance needs.
