Full Delegation

We offer a Full Delegation Option to fulfill all the roles and functions of an institution’s response and resolution process. Our team of experienced practitioners are prepared to work in an independent capacity to satisfy the responsibilities of your equity positions, while collaborating with key campus and business partners to cover all harassment and discrimination duties and compliance obligations.

As an additional benefit of Full Delegation, our team can review and analyze employee and student surveys, make policy, process, and training recommendations, maintain a thorough records system, and deliver comprehensive reports and assessments using our proprietary case management software, Case Tracker.

Title VI Roles

Whether your institution has a specific Title VI Coordinator or those responsibilities are combined with other equity positions, our practitioners are highly experienced in the nuances of discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, color, and national origin. Our staff members serve as Coordinators, Deputy Coordinators, and Assistant Coordinators, each of whom is backed by a team of Grand River Solutions practitioners and subject matter experts to help oversee and enact the response and resolution procedures of your institution. Title IX Roles

Our Title IX practitioners bring extensive experience in addressing discrimination and harassment on the basis of sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, and related protections under Title IX. Our staff serve as Coordinators, Deputy Coordinators, and Assistant Coordinators, supported by a team of practitioners and subject-matter experts to help oversee and implement your institution’s Title IX response and resolution processes. We can manage all functions of the Title IX office, including intake and communications, records management, personnel oversight, training coordination, and the full range of responsibilities required by regulation and institutional policy.

EO Director | Equity Director

Our EO and Equity Directors help institutions fulfill equity and compliance responsibilities related to nondiscrimination, accessibility, and employment equity, including ADA and Section 504 obligations. Drawing on extensive practical experience, Directors oversee institutional equity and access functions with support from a team of practitioners and subject-matter experts. They manage the full spectrum of responsibilities, including intake and resolution of student and employment matters, accommodation processes, policy development and implementation, records oversight, personnel supervision, training programs, accessibility evaluations, and coordination of institutional compliance efforts.

Our Investigators support institutions in meeting equity and compliance obligations by conducting thorough, impartial investigations of complaints related to nondiscrimination, accessibility, and employment law. Using deep investigation expertise, they oversee fact-finding and case resolution with guidance f rom compliance staff and subject-matter experts. Their responsibilities include complaint intake, evidence gathering, interviews, documentation, report preparation, policy interpretation, coordination with relevant offices, and guidance on corrective actions to ensure fair outcomes.

Hearing & Appeal Practitioners

Our Hearings and Appeals Practitioners help institutions ensure equitable and compliant adjudication and review processes for student, employee, and organizational matters. Drawing on extensive experience in procedural oversight, they manage hearings and appeals according to your policy. They oversee scheduling, procedural guidance, evidence review, facilitation of deliberations, decision drafting, policy application, records management, and coordination with institutional leadership to deliver transparent, consistent, and equitable outcomes.

Facilitators of Alternative Resolutions

Our Facilitators of Alternative Resolutions assist institutions in resolving conflicts through collaborative and voluntary processes that uphold equity, accessibility, and employment compliance standards. With expertise in mediation and conflict management, they guide parties toward mutually acceptable solutions. They manage intake and assessment, mediation sessions, resolutions faclitation, documentation, outcome recommendations, policy alignment, records management, and coordination with institutional leadership to foster constructive, efficient, and fair resolutions.

Advisors | Process Advisors

Our Process Advisors help institutions, students, and employees understand and engage with procedural aspects of equity and compliance processes, ensuring that participation is informed, fair, and consistent with institutional policy and state and federal obligations. Leveraging deep procedural expertise, they provide guidance on rights, responsibilities, and process navigation, supporting parties through investigations, hearings, appeals, and alternative resolutions. Their work includes procedural consultation, documentation support, policy interpretation, coordination with institutional offices, and real-time process assistance to promote transparency, equity, and accountability throughout institutional proceedings.
