Tera Johnson is a Business Development Specialist and is part of the Investigation, Hearing, and Appeal Services team with Grand River Solutions. Tera has more than 14 years of professional experience in higher education including roles in residence life, student conduct, Title IX, and dean of students’ office.

Tera has nearly 20 years of experience in higher education. Prior to joining Grand River Solutions, she worked at Notre Dame College where she most recently served as the Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator. She also served in roles in Residence Life and Student Conduct during her time there and taught first year experience courses as an adjunct faculty member. Tera has extensive experience in adjudication, advising, case management, informal resolution, investigation, policy development, and training facilitation.

Tera earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from John Carroll University and a Master of Education in College Student Personnel from the University of Louisville.
