Sandra Braedt is on the Investigation, Hearing & Appeal Services team at Grand River Solutions.

She most recently served as the University of Puget Sound’s Title IX Coordinator and Equal Opportunity Officer where she oversaw the university’s prevention efforts and coordinated the response, investigation, and resolution of complaints (individual or systemic) asserting violations of the university’s nondiscrimination policies.

Sandra has more than 15 years of experience in policy development, prevention, and investigations at 2-year colleges and public and private universities. Her expertise encompasses investigating discrimination and harassment specific to sex, gender, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, and other protected characteristics related to students, faculty, staff, and third parties.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
