Samantha Hart is a member of the Coordinator & Director Services team at Grand River Solutions.  

Samantha brings over a decade of Title IX and equity compliance experience. She previously worked at Bucknell University as both the Director of Institutional Equity and Title IX Coordinator, and most recently as the Director of Employee Experience, Culture and Title IX Coordinator where she directed the institution’s Title IX and civil rights compliance functions and had oversight over all employee relations matters. Earlier in her tenure, Samantha was hired as the first full-time Title IX Coordinator at Wilkes University, where she spent several years developing and implementing a robust Title IX and Equal Opportunity program for the University. While at Wilkes, Samantha also spent time as an Assistant General Counsel, where she worked with General Counsel in providing legal guidance on a variety of compliance issues affecting the University. At both institutions, Samantha was a subject-matter expert and routinely provided guidance on Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, and ADA compliance.  

In addition to ensuring compliance, Samantha is committed to delivering comprehensive, compassionate and human-centered services to clients. She completed an intensive mediation certification training through the Justice Center of Atlanta and is certified in circle dialogue restorative practices as well as leadership training facilitation. These skills allow Samantha to provide a wide-range of resolution options to best meet client needs.  

Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and her Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University, Claude W. Pettit College of Law.  Samantha is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
