Sabrinne Gibson is a part of the Investigation, Hearing, & Appeal Services Team at Grand River Solutions.
Sabrinne previously served as an Employee Relations Investigator at the Ford Motor Company, focusing on investigations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complainants in addition to other violations of Ford policy. Sabrinne also served as a Senior Investigator at the University of Michigan, inclusive of the University of Michigan Health System, where she conducted educational conversations, provided community members with resources, explanations of their rights and options, and conducted investigations into complaints related to sex-based misconduct, discrimination, and retaliation involving students, staff and faculty.
Sabrinne has experience in labor relations and worked as a labor advisor while in the University of Michigan Health System where she administrated labor contracts. In this role Sabrine conducted training on the contents of local union contracts and labor laws, held grievance hearings, drafted grievance answers, and responded to ad-hoc labor contract concerns.
Sabrinne obtained a B.S. in psychology from the University of Illinois and has a J.D. from the University of Toledo. Sabrinne is a licensed attorney with the District of Columbia Bar.
