Megan Altman-Cosgrove
Investigation, Hearing, & Appeal Services
Megan Altman-Cosgrove is part of the Investigation, Hearing, & Appeal Services Team at Grand River Solutions. In her current role, she serves as a Title IX and civil rights investigator and a hearing officer.
In her previous role, Megan conducted and oversaw Title IX, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation investigations involving students, faculty and staff in the U.S. and Canada. She led trainings for students, faculty, staff, advisors and hearing panels on Title IX, civil rights, investigations and hearings. Prior to her work at Niagara University, Megan was a Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Daemen University where she conducted Title IX, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation investigations. She trained hearing board members and the student population on Title IX and discrimination. In this role she also served as the Assistant Director for Residence Life and oversaw the student conduct system and conducted investigations related to other misconduct on campus.
Megan earned a Masters of Science in Leadership Innovation and a B.A. from Daeman University. Megan brings commitment to exceptional work to all clients she serves and a passion for promoting objective, equitable processes.
