Laura Figueredo is the Operations Administrator at Grand River Solutions. Laura provides comprehensive operations administration and identifies ways to organically grow Grand River Solutions’ business presence. In her role, Laura creates social media content and implements marketing strategies, measures and manages the efficacy of online campaigns, develops content management and social media best practices, edits, uploads, and publishes web content, maintains website quality control, hosts virtual training and events, and creates and edits digital media for use in training and marketing.

Laura is passionate about online organizing, media literacy, and digital history. Laura thrives in using social media as a tool to create and foster community. She is one of the founding members of her local mutual aid group which facilitates neighbor-to-neighbor financial assistance and local resource sharing.

Laura received her bachelor’s degree in women and gender studies from the University of Florida.
