Kellie Moan is a member of the Investigation, Hearing, & Appeal Services Team at Grand River Solutions. In addition to providing investigation services to clients, Kellie is a Team Manager and supervises an internal team. 

Kellie joined Grand River Solutions with nearly a decade of experience performing investigative work in various capacities. Kellie previously worked for the University of Wyoming, the University of Colorado-Denver, and Anschutz Medical Campus as an Equal Opportunity Specialist, Civil Rights Investigator, and Manager of Investigations. While serving in these roles, Kellie conducted complex investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation involving students, faculty and staff. She also conducted investigations of Title IX complaints and participated in live hearings. 

In addition to her work in higher education, Kellie is certified as an EEO investigator and has experience conducting workplace investigations. As a workplace investigator, Kellie utilized her extensive knowledge of Title VII by investigating alleged misconduct including harassment, bullying, and retaliation in the workplaces of governmental employees.  

Kellie received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wyoming College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colorado State University-Pueblo.
