Brigit Lencioni is the Director of Operations and Chief of Staff at Grand River Solutions. She has been with the Grand River Solutions team since inception, from her initial role as a product manager to her current position. In her role as Director of Operations, Brigit oversees the daily operations of Grand River Solutions, including strategic planning, cost management, quality management, and information technology. In her role as Chief of Staff, Brigit is responsible for staff management, business management, and communications. She interfaces across departments to foster collaboration, optimize processes and workflows, and ensure efficient achievement of company objectives.

Brigit brings a unique and diverse skill set to Grand River Solutions, combining business and legal expertise. Her experience spans various areas and Title IX and Clery Act compliance, contracting, communications, and business development. She has managed staff of various sizes throughout her career. She worked at both IHE and private companies and served on the board for several associations. Brigit holds a Master of Arts in multiple subjects, a Paralegal certificate, and is in slow pursuit of her MBA.
