Ashley Hull is part of the Investigation, Hearing, & Appeal Services Team at Grand River Solutions. In her current role, Ashley conducts Title IX and civil rights investigations and provides hearing, written determination, advising, and appeal services to clients.
Ashley joined Grand River Solutions with more than 15 years of experience in higher education. In her previous role she served as the Director of Public Safety, Clery Compliance Officer, and Title IX Coordinator at Lewis-Clark State College. While there, Ashley conducted civil rights and Title IX investigations involving students, staff, and faculty. Prior to her work at Lewis-Clark State College, Ashley served as an Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator at Washington State University where she conducted investigations into allegations of discrimination, including but not limited to, sexual assault, harassment, dating/domestic violence and stalking. Before her work as a civil rights investigator, Ashley served as a campus police officer at Washington State University for nearly 10 years.
Ashley received her bachelors’ degrees from Washington State University in criminal justice and sociology with a concentration in law and social control. She also received certificates from the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business, in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and inclusive and ethical leadership.
Ashley currently resides in Idaho with her spouse, five children, two cats, and one dog.
