Amy Miller is part of the Coordinator & Director Services Team at Grand River Solutions. Previous to joining Grand River Solutions, Amy served as the Director for the Division for Academic Success at Virginia Commonwealth University, Health Sciences Campus. She has a strong background in ADA/504 and technical standards.

Amy has numerous years of experience collaborating with students, staff, and faculty in higher education. She has provided training and presentations regarding accommodations and the accommodation process.

Before her career in higher education, Amy worked as a Lead Vocational Counselor for the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services facilitating job placement for individuals with disabilities.

Amy earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in 2020 and holds a bachelor’s in psychology and master’s in rehabilitation counseling from VCU.
