Pari Le Golchehreh is a member of the Investigation, Hearing, & Appeal Services Team at Grand River Solutions. In addition to providing these client services, Pari also manages an internal Grand River Solutions team of investigators. Since joining Grand River Solutions, Pari has played a key role in facilitating and developing a wide range of training offerings, including sessions on Title VI and IX investigations, report writing, and hearings. Pari has also served in delegated positions with institutions across the country, supporting departments in developing and implementing standard operating practices and process templates, while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.  

Before becoming a trusted higher education practitioner, Pari received a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a Jurisprudence Doctorate. Her legal training has given her a deep understanding of the regulatory frameworks and nuances surrounding discrimination and harassment issues in educational and workplace settings. After graduating Law School, Pari became a certified mediator, adding the unique skill set of facilitating productive dialogues with parties and witnesses, ensuring that participants feel heard and respected throughout the investigative process.  

As a distinguished professional with a wealth of expertise in Title VI, Title IX, and Civil Rights investigations, Pari has become a trusted authority in the field for her unwavering commitment to fairness and dedication to helping other practitioners navigate investigations efficiently and effectively. Pari brings a commitment to excellence and a passion for promoting objective, equitable processes. Her work continues to drive meaningful impact and inspires practitioners across the field.
