Coordinator & Director Services Team
Liz Frost is a member of the Coordinator & Director Services Team at Grand River Solutions. She currently serves as a Title IX Coordinator for public and private institutions, a Deputy Title IX Coordinator at a community college, and an Equal Opportunity Coordinator at a public institution. In these roles, Liz oversees compliance and equity within Title IX and equal opportunity processes, conducts training, and supports both formal and informal resolution efforts within the grievance process.
With over two decades of experience in higher education, Liz has held a variety of leadership roles including Associate Dean of Students, Director of Student Life, Director of Housing and Residence Life, Chair of the Behavioral Intervention Team, Chief Conduct Officer, and Title IX Coordinator. Her professional background spans both public and private institutions.
Throughout her career, Liz has deepened her expertise in compliance, Title IX, and a range of higher education issues. She has served on the Yavapai County Community Crisis Response Team—an initiative of the Prescott Valley, Arizona Police Department’s special victims unit focused on family violence—and has worked with MATForce, a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing substance use in Arizona communities. Liz also brings extensive experience in policy evaluation and procedural improvement.
Liz holds a doctorate in educational leadership and higher education administration from North Central University, a master’s degree in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time outdoors and giving back to her community. On weekends, she can often be found off-roading, riding motorcycles, or volunteering with a local nonprofit.
