Courtney Snow is part of the Investigation, Hearing, & Appeal Services Team at Grand River Solutions.
Before joining Grand River Solutions, Courtney served as the Director of Compliance at Emmanuel University and Piedmont University in Georgia, where she managed each university’s compliance initiatives across campus. Courtney was responsible for writing and developing campus policies and procedures for disability services, employee grievance processes, non-discrimination complaints, minors on campus, and sexual misconduct. She provided direct support and training to students, faculty, and staff related to ADA, Title VI, VII, and IX, along with Clery Act and workplace violence policies.
Courtney has served in the roles of Title IX Coordinator, ADA Coordinator, and Clery Coordinator. Courtney brings over a decade of experience resolving EEO and Title IX university complaints. She has served as a hearing panel member, informal resolution officer, advisor, and investigator. In addition, Courtney spent seven years serving as Director of Student Conduct. Courtney worked in conjunction with campus constituencies to develop programmatic initiatives related to the prevention of sexual violence and workplace harassment. Courtney has also served on several sexual assault task forces within her local community and previously served as a peer reviewer for the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).
Courtney earned a M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Georgia, and a B.S. in Psychology from Emmanuel University. She currently resides in Georgia with her husband and two boys. Go Dawgs!
