Subject matter experts will lead a conversation on providing an overview and best practices, including trauma-informed approaches for facilitating a successful initial intake meeting. Part One will provide a deep-dive exploration of conducting intake meetings. Through interactive discussion, hands on activities, and reflective discussion, participants will explore methods to establish rapport, develop questions, and navigate complex emotional responses.
