Title IX & Equity Decision Maker Training—Single Investigator Policy
This four-hour workshop is suited for Decision Makers under the Single Investigator Model per the 2024 Regulations.
This workshop will build upon the knowledge and skills learned during the Investigator Training. Attendees will have the opportunity to work through model fact patterns to develop strategies for fair and thorough decisions with well-reasoned findings of fact. Attendees will also gain analytical skills for determining if the facts amount to a policy violation.
The suggested prerequisite for this workshop is the Investigator Training.
