Preview our first two tips:

  1. In some areas, internet traffic is significantly slowed due to increased usage. If doing remote investigations by video conference, make sure all parties have a strong connection, which might mean rescheduling to a less busy time of day.
  2. Making available the evidence gathered as part of an investigation remains a critical part of the process. Instead of in-person reviews, explore technologies available on your campus. What secure file-sharing services do you use?
