Tera Johnson
Title IX Investigator, Hearing Advisor
Tera Johnson is a Senior Solutions Specialist with Grand River Solutions and has nearly 14 years of professional experience in higher education including roles in residence life, student conduct, Title IX, and dean of students’ office. In her Title IX and equity work, she conducted investigations involving students, faculty and staff; led trainings for the campus community including investigator and hearing board training; and rewrote College policy to meet federal requirements. Tera also worked with student conduct for several years and has extensive experience in interviewing, adjudication, and policy development.
Tera is joining Grand River Solutions after working nearly 12 years at Notre Dame College in South Euclid, Ohio where she most recently served as the Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator. She has been a member of the Association for Student Conduct Administration since 2013 and served as the state of Ohio representative for three years. Tera earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from John Carroll University and a Master of Education in College Student Personnel from the University of Louisville.
