Taylor Winston is the Human Resources & Employee Experience Generalist at Grand River Solutions. In Taylor’s previous role as the People & Talent Generalist at the Toledo Museum of Art, she was responsible for providing an exceptional experience for staff members and candidates, along with strategy planning and agile leadership.

Taylor is versed in start-up/mid-size organizational development, talent acquisition, talent management, onboarding, off-boarding, FMLA, FLSA, employee engagement, employee/community relations, strategy, agility, and mindful event planning for 200+ employees.

Taylor is the owner and founder of Ann Nichole’s Vending, whose mission is to create a space where beauty and haircare products are affordable, accessible, and convenient to all with a primary focus on people of color.

Taylor’s passion stems from everything people, and enjoys finding solutions to problems, collaboration, and helping create a culture in which employees can thrive. Taylor earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.

Taylor loves cooking, thrifting, going to the gym, watching wildlife documentaries, and spending time with her family; especially her daughter Milani.
