Sarah Olejniczak
Title IX Coordinator Services
Sarah Olejniczak is a Senior Solutions Specialist at Grand River Solutions. Sarah has a background in Title IX compliance, including coordination, investigation, and resolution processes, ADA/504 compliance, and student conduct administration. In addition, Sarah has professional experience overseeing behavioral intervention teams, including emergency removal and threat assessment processes for college campuses
Sarah has over 15 years of experience in partnering with faculty, staff, and students at private and public institutions. Prior to joining Grand River Solutions, Sarah served as the Title IX Coordinator (and in student affairs) at St. Norbert College and Mount Mary University. Sarah also has extensive experience serving in residence life and as a conduct officer, and broadly in student affairs and equity-based retention work.
Sarah’s work has been recognized professionally in a variety of ways. In 2023, Sarah was recognized as a Future 15 award finalist. In 2022, Sarah graduated from the Forward 48 leadership development program and was recognized with both the 2022 Golden House Golden Strength Award and the Wisconsin Women in Higher Education Leadership Representative of the Year Award, where she also serves as a board member.
Sarah received a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership, with a dissertation focused on trauma exposure for resident assistants, from Marquette University, her Master’s in Education from Marquette University in Educational Policy and Leadership (college student personnel administration), and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Luther College.
