Sandra Braedt is a Title IX and Civil Rights Investigator at Grand River Solutions with 15+ years of experience in policy development, prevention, and investigations at 2-year colleges as well as public and private universities. Her expertise encompasses investigating discrimination and harassment specific to sex, gender, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, and other protected characteristics related to students, faculty, staff, and third parties.

She most recently served as the University of Puget Sound’s Title IX Coordinator and Equal Opportunity Officer where she oversaw the university’s prevention efforts and coordinated the response, investigation, and resolution of complaints (individual or systemic) asserting violations of the university’s nondiscrimination policies.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
