Sabrinne Gibson
Title IX & Civil Rights Investigator
Sabrinne Gibson is a Title IX and Civil Rights Investigator at Grand River Solutions She has several years of investigative experience in higher education and private companies. Sabrinne has a background in internal investigations pertaining to Title IX concerns, Title VII concerns, and labor and employee relations.
She has extensive experience in investigating sexual violence cases and has been trained in the FETI technique of trauma informed interviewing.
Prior to joining the Grand River Solutions team, Sabrinne served as an Employee Relations Investigator at the Ford Motor Company, focusing on investigations into discrimination, harassment and retaliation in addition to other violations of Ford policy.
Sabrinne also worked in higher education. She served as a Senior Investigator at the University of Michigan where she investigated Title IX complaints, and engaged constituents in educational conversations regarding the Sexual and Gender Based Misconduct policy, and the mandatory reporting policy at both the main campus and the University of Michigan Health System.
Sabrinne obtained a B.S. in psychology from the University of Illinois, and has a juris doctor from the University of Toledo. Sabrinne is a licensed attorney with the District of Columbia Bar.
