Her journey in human resources stemmed from earning her degree in Hospitality and Tourism. She quickly discovered a passion for helping organizations build strong teams and create inclusive environments where employees feel valued and empowered.

She prides herself on her ability to develop and implement effective HR practices that not only align with the organization’s strategic goals but also address the needs of the employees. She is committed to ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all HR operations. She consistently seeks out ways to leverage technology to enhance processes to improve efficiency.

Nicole works closely with management teams to identify training needs, implement performance management systems, and foster employee communication. She is a firm believer in continuous learning and strives to create opportunities for professional growth within her organization.

Nicole was born and raised in Hampton Roads and currently lives in Chesapeake, VA. with her husband and 2 children. She enjoys training horses on her small “hobby farm” and spending as much time outside as possible.
