Merissa McKasty is a Training Solutions Specialist at Grand River Solutions. She comes to Grand River Solutions with extensive higher education administration expertise, specifically with event planning, curriculum, and program development. Most recently, Merissa served as Leadership Development Manager for SUNY Strategic, Academic, Innovative, Leadership (SAIL) Institute at SUNY System Administration where she created and supported leadership programming for faculty, staff, and students across the 64-campus system.

Before joining SAIL, Merissa worked as Assistant to the Director of Applied Learning at SUNY System Administration where she collaborated with faculty, staff, and industry partners to develop and expand experiential education opportunities for hundreds of thousands of SUNY students.

Merissa completed her BS in Communication Studies at SUNY Oneonta and her MS in Higher Education Administration at SUNY Buffalo State University.
