Lisa Recore joins Grand River Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Solutions Specialist with more than eighteen years of investigative experience. She currently serves as a Compliance Coordinator at the University at Albany conducting Title IX and discrimination investigations involving students, faculty, and staff members. While serving in this role, she is responsible for policy development, implementation, staff and student training, and investigations related to Title IX issues. She has extensive experience in sexual violence cases and is certified in the FETI technique of trauma interviewing.

Prior to working in higher education, Lisa served as a Senior Professional Conduct Investigator for the New York State Education Department, conducting investigations into allegations of misconduct by NYS teaching certificate holders in the K-12 setting, with a focus on sexual and physical violence. She also worked as a Senior Caseworker for the Albany County Department of Children, Youth, and Families conducting investigations into allegations of child sexual and severe physical abuse, including fatality investigations.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Art’s degree in Psychology from Siena College and currently resides in Niskayuna, NY.
