Jui serves as the Marketing Solutions Specialist at Grand River Solutions. She joined Grand River Solutions in November 2021 as an Offerings Development Intern and played a key role in the construction of Grand River Solutions’ online community: The River Connect. As an intern, Jui conducted research centered around campus climate and workplace bias. She also assisted the DEI practice with designing Grand River Solutions’ Campus Climate Survey. Jui now acts as the community moderator within River Connect. She provides extensive support and guidance to general members from higher education institutions across the US as well as Grand River Solutions’ own River Connect subject-matter experts. She is also in charge of user management and posting creator content. Jui additionally serves as a member of Grand River Solutions’ Innovation Team. She is currently involved in two upcoming projects and uses her unique perspective as a recent college graduate to relay current university practices and advocate for student needs. Jui graduated from Boston College where she received her B.A. in Elementary Education and Applied Psychology and Human Development.
