Jessica Brown joins Grand River Solutions as a Senior Solutions Specialist. Prior to joining Grand River, Jessica served as Director of Educational Equity, Title IX & Section 504 at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania and as a Civil Rights Investigator at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. In her previous roles, Jessica conducted investigations of complaints alleging sexual harassment, sexual assault, or discrimination on the basis of a protected characteristic, as well as oversaw campus-wide prevention education and policy development. Jessica has extensive experience in development and management of Sexual Misconduct, Sexual Harassment, and Section 504 grievance policies and processes from intake and investigation through resolution. In addition, she has also been responsible for sexual violence education and training for campus partners and community.

Prior to working in higher education, Jessica began her legal career as a judicial law clerk in Pike County, PA and worked in criminal defense. Jessica earned her J.D. from Penn State Law and holds a Bachelor of Music from Florida Southern College.
