Jessica Brown is a Quality Assurance and Editorial Specialist at Grand River Solutions where she has also served as a civil rights investigator, hearing officer, training facilitator, and Title IX coordinator.  Before joining Grand River Solutions, Jessica served as Director of Educational Equity and Title IX & Section 504 Coordinator at Lafayette College and Civil Rights Investigator at Baylor University. Jessica has worked with both public and private institutions across the country where she has helped lead policy development, prevention education efforts, and managed harassment and discrimination grievance processes from intake and investigation through resolution.

Jessica began her career as a judicial law clerk in Pike County, Pennsylvania. Jessica also worked as a criminal defense attorney in Pennsylvania.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Music from Florida Southern College and her J.D. from Penn State Law.  She currently lives in Ashland, Oregon.
