Han is a leader with over 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounting across life science, data science and technology companies.  She has worked at companies of various stages from start-up, pre and post IPO.  Prior to GRS, she served as the VP, Controller at Tierra Biosciences, a life science company that has pioneered a novel high-throughput protein production platform that produces hundreds of custom proteins on-demand.  Han played a pivotal role in the company’s financial management and strategic decision-making processes.

She served in several finance and accounting leadership roles at global and divisional levels including Graybug Vision as the VP, Controller where she had been instrumental in preparing and executing Graybug’s IPO, Bio-Techne Corporation, a leading life sciences and diagnostics technology manufacturer, Ocera Therapeutics (acquired by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals), Amyris, Inc, a sustainable product company and Symyx Technologies (acquired).  Han earned her B.S in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, California.
