Title IX Coordinator & EEO Director Services

Erica Taylor is a Senior Title IX Coordinator & EEO Director of Services, and Senior Solutions Specialist at Grand River Solutions. Erica has a background in Title IX, civil rights, student conduct, creating and maintaining a restorative justice program, prevention education programming for students and staff, supervisor Title IX & EEO training, Title IX and EEO investigations and live hearings, administrative and informal resolutions, and policy and procedure writing.

Erica has more than ten years of experience working with faculty, staff, and students in public and private education institutions in a variety of student affairs roles. Prior to Grand River Solutions, Erica previously served as Pomona College’s Title IX Coordinator & Clery Officer, where she managed university compliance, facilitated hearings, led campus-wide training on Title IX and equity topics, and chaired the Restorative Justice Committee. Before serving in this role, Erica served as the Title IX Coordinator and Director of Equity at the University of Redlands, where she oversaw Title IX investigations as well as investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation involving students, faculty, and staff. Erica has extensive experience serving as a Restorative Justice facilitator and trainer with the University of San Diego Center for Restorative Justice, specializing in RJ practices in response to bias and Title IX incidents. Erica prides herself on creating engaging workshops that teach tangible skill-building tools for all participants.

Erica received her master’s in Student Affairs Counseling from Syracuse University and her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Oakland University.
