Title IX Coordinator Services
Dr. Elizabeth (Liz) Frost is part of the Title IX Coordinator Services team at Grand River Solutions. Liz has a comprehensive background in higher education; her expertise spans various areas, including Title IX and EEO investigations, decision-making, policy and procedure writing, material creation, managing student and student organization conduct, overseeing administrative and informal resolutions, ensuring ADA/504 compliance, establishing Behavioral Intervention Team protocols, and working with OCR on creating resolution agreements for institutions.
With a career spanning over two decades, primarily in private higher education institutions, Liz has held pivotal roles such as Title IX Coordinator, Associate Dean of Students, and Director of Housing and Residence Life. In these leadership positions, she effectively managed university compliance, conducted hearings, led campus-wide training sessions on Title IX and equity matters, handled classroom management issues, and oversaw student and organization conduct. Additionally, she spearheaded educational programs, fulfilled the role of the chief conduct officer, and founded and chaired the campus’s Behavioral Intervention Team.
Liz earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland, her master’s degree in educational leadership from Northern Arizona University, and her doctorate degree in leadership in higher education from Northcentral University.
