Davis Crow serves as a Senior Solutions Specialist with Grand River Solutions. Prior to joining Grand River Solutions, Davis was an Investigator and Specialist with the Office of Equal Opportunity & Regulatory Compliance at the University of Mississippi. In that role, he conducted investigations into complaints arising under Title IX, Title VII, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Davis also helped write institutional policies, oversaw live hearings in the Title IX grievance process, and helped coordinate accommodations for students.

Additionally, Davis has assisted with institutional climate assessments as well as employment and hiring processes as they relate to federal nondiscrimination law. With a focus on compliance and equity, Davis has collaborated with campus partners in Human Resources, the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution, the Center for Inclusion and Cross Cultural Engagement, and the Office of the Provost.

Davis also has significant experience conducting trainings for students, student-athletes, and employees regarding Title IX and other institutional policies. Similarly, Davis has conducted trainings for individuals acting as university-appointed advisors in the Title IX grievance process.

Davis earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.
