Christine Gill

Client Success Specialist

Christine Gill serves as a Client Success Specialist at Grand River Solutions, providing onboarding and ongoing support with the Case Tracker system. She has a solid background in providing program support in Title IX work. More extensively, her background involves customer support, database management, data integrity, project management, and process improvement.

Christine’s most recent work involved just over five and a half years in the St. Norbert College Title IX department. During this time, she participated in various projects and committees that improved services and added clarity to the Title IX processes. Christine was also extensively involved in supporting efforts through the college’s grant with the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) as well as various college-wide equity and inclusion efforts.

Before her work in higher education, Christine spent over 19 years employed in non-profit agencies. Most of that time was with the Healthy Families program of Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin, an accredited home visitation program. The bulk of Christine’s non-profit work took place behind the scenes in database management/administration, program improvement, and data quality assurance. Predating this, Christine worked for four years in computer security, with job responsibilities that included the management of mainframe system access and customer support with issues and data requests.

Christine has an associate degree in Marketing Communications. She is also anticipating graduating in May of 2025 from the Lakeland University Communication program. When time allows, Christine dabbles in her art business, leading in-home arts and crafts classes or working from custom orders.
