Brandi Williams

Title IX Coordinator & EEO Director Services

Brandi Williams is a Senior Solutions Specialist at Grand River Solutions. She previously served as the Director of Institutional Equity and Title IX Coordinator at Kennesaw State University. In that role, Brandi Williams was responsible for supervising staff that investigated Title IX claims and allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation involving students, faculty, and staff. Brandi ensured compliance with applicable university policies and served as an independent resource for both complainants and respondents in the Title IX and Discrimination investigative process.

Brandi has an extensive background in student conduct, leading trainings for students, faculty, staff, and hearing panels on topics of student conduct and Title IX hearings as well as investigations. Brandi also has an extensive background in prevention education, policy revision, behavioral intervention teams, crisis response, and protocol development.

Brandi received a Master of Arts degree in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Slippery Rock University. She is also a certified general/civil mediator for the state of Georgia and a certified life coach.

Brandi resides in Winder, Georgia with her husband, son, and daughter, as well as their Rottweiler and two Yorkies.
