Ashley Hull
Title IX & Civil Rights Investigator
Ashley Hull joins Grand River Solutions as a Senior Solutions Specialist with more than 15 years of experience in higher education. She previously served as the Director of Public Safety and the Title IX Coordinator at Lewis-Clark State College. In her previous role, Ashley conducted Title IX investigations as well as investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation involving student, staff and faculty. Ashley also served as the Clery Compliance Officer for the college and she led the college through one Title IX audit and one Clery audit.
Prior to her work at Lewis-Clark State College, Ashley served as an Equal Employment Opportunity Investigator at Washington State University where she conducted investigations into allegations of discrimination, including but not limited to, sexual assault, harassment, dating/domestic violence and stalking. Before her work as a civil rights investigator, Ashley served as a campus police officer at Washington State University for nearly ten years. As a police officer, Ashley conducted investigations which included alleged violation of campus regulations, and local and state statute.
Ashley received her Bachelors’ Degrees from Washington State University in Criminal Justice and Sociology with a concentration in law and social control. She also received certificates from the University of South Florida, Muma College of Business in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace and Inclusive and Ethical Leadership.
