Amanda Hanincik serves in Title IX Coordinator services for Grand River Solutions. She previously worked as the Director of Educational Equity and Title IX Coordinator at Lafayette College where she played an integral role in preparing for and implementing policies and procedures to comply with the 2020 and 2024 Title IX regulations. Before serving in this role, Amanda held the position as Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator at Albright College.

Amanda has a strong background in student conduct, compliance, drafting policies and procedures, and delivering training. She has spent almost 14 years overseeing Title IX and other civil rights complaints involving students and employees. Amanda has extensive experience facilitating resolution processes that include informal and other restorative practices, as well as formal investigations and live hearings. She has also written applications for and implemented various state and federal grants relating to sexual violence prevention.

Amanda received a master of science in counseling and educational psychology from West Chester University and a bachelor of science in psychology and business management from Albright College.
