We are are a staff of experts and practitioners from education, law, technology, and business, united by the shared belief that all students and employees, from every level and size of institution, deserve equal access to their learning and working environments, free from harassment and discrimination.
Our Specialists Support Communities Governed by:
- Title VI—prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin
- Title VII—prohibits employment discrimination
- Title IX—prohibits sex-based discrimination
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)—prohibits discrimination based on disability
- Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act—prohibits discrimination based on disability
- Clery/Stop Campus Hazing Act—requires information about campus crime, safety policies, and emergency procedures and to report hazing incidents
