Grand River Solutions is excited to announce the addition of Darci Heroy! Darci has obtained an in-depth knowledge of the unique complexities and opportunities of institutional cultures through her ten plus years in the equity compliance and higher education fields. Darci comes to Grand River Solutions after serving as an equity investigator, then Associate Vice President/Title IX Coordinator, and finally Chief Civil Rights Officer for the University of Oregon. Prior to those roles, she worked as a civil rights investigator for the Oregon Bureau of Labor, and as a labor and employment attorney. Darci brings a wealth of experience and institutional knowledge. We are excited to add her expertise to the Grand River team.
