Grand River Solutions is excited to introduce Andrea Stagg, Director of Consulting Services. Andrea has extensive experience in higher education in–house legal settings at public and private colleges and universities, and brings proven expertise on issues relating to best practices in campus safety and sexual misconduct prevention, Clery Act Compliance, and more.

In this new role, Andrea will oversee Grand River’s Consulting Services including Title IX and equity, athletics, accessibility and disability compliance, DEI initiatives, and Clery Act compliance solutions. Andrea said, “I am thrilled to be joining Grand River and to work with incredible colleagues, and grateful for the opportunity to work with colleges and universities all over the country on issues that matter.”
Andrea has advised federal and state legislators, and served on a state–wide campus working group with prevention and response partners throughout New York. She was counsel to three colleges within the State University of New York on all legal matters and provided SUNY–wide Title IX compliance advice. At SUNY, Andrea co–coordinated a working group that created the policies that evolved into New York Education Law Article 129B, a groundbreaking state law providing fair and transparent practices to prevent and respond to sexual and interpersonal violence on campus.
