The U.S. Department of Education has released the long-expected final Title IX Regulations. Many have questions about what this means for their campus, and our team is working with others to deliver solutions to you. Grand River Solutions Co-Founder and Managing Director, Jody Shipper, and Senior Consultant, Chantelle Cleary are collaborating with fifty other subject matter experts from around the country to develop and deliver timely guidance to schools. The joint guidance, coordinated by SUNY, will assist institutions of higher education with understanding the regulations and their effect.
This free resource will provide an analysis of each provision (including overlap, harmony, or conflict with the Clery Act as amended by the Violence Against Women Act and various state laws), and will offer initial guidance regarding implementation and challenges that may arise.
