Grand River Solutions is delighted to announce the expansion of our offerings into the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) space for campuses, communities, and workplaces. Lead by our Manager of DEI Solutions, Tibisay Hernandez, these training and consulting services will focus on building participants’ understanding of bias, learning to navigate difficult conversations, and ensuring that an organization’s search process is inclusive. Tibisay brings over 15 years of experience in education to her role as well as deep expertise in DEI initiatives. She is a diversity and inclusion educator who has spent much of her career engaged in racial equity work in K-12 and higher education institutions.
