The Intermediate Investigator Training is for investigators who have at least two years of experience or who have attended our Title IX Investigator Training and are looking to further develop their skills. This training will provide an in-depth look into the nuances of the investigative process. Participants will discuss strategies for conducting investigations and building a report for the decision-maker that is reliable, unbiased, and thorough.

  • Understanding regulatory requirements as they relate to Investigators
  • Identifying the purpose, objective, and goal of an investigation.
  • Developing an investigative strategy that is nuanced and specific.
  • Executing a compliant, thorough, unbiased, and fair investigation.
  • Building the report with the decision-maker in mind.
