Robert Andrade oversees the District’s response to student and employee misconduct related to bullying, harassment, and discrimination, while ensuring compliance with various state and federal regulations. Prior to his current role, Mr. Andrade served as the District’s Civil Rights Investigator and Title IX Coordinator. His professional experience has consistently revolved around issues pertaining to Title VI, Title VII, and Title IX.
Anna J. Miller

Anna Miller represents universities, colleges, and K12 public school districts in a wide range of matters, including employment and education law issues, such as compliance with federal and state civil rights laws. She is co-chair of the firm’s Title IX group, conducting Title IX investigations, trainings, athletic equity audits, and presentations on Title IX issues. Ms. Miller serves as a Title IX Hearing Officer, Appellate Authority, and Investigator.
